Why doesn't each site have it's own FAQs page?

A: Since we have a lot of related information in our sites, it makes sense to consolidate the questions.  It's also much more efficient with regards to software installations and database management to use a central repository.  However some of our public portal sites (like Heaven's Lower East Side, and the SolaceCreek Site Network) have detailed internal FAQs that relate specifically to that site, or group of sites, only.  Each of those PORTAL Sites has both internal FAQ (on the main menu) AND a link to this central repository.
